Cisco Stackwise virtual

StackWise Virtual supports specific platforms compared to what is supported in a standalone configuration or non StackWise Virtual configuration. It is important to understand these requirements when planning the configuration of a StackWise Virtual domain.With Release 16.8.1, StackWise Virtual is supported on all Cisco Catalyst 9500 Series and 3850 XS models. Table 1 compares the StackWise Virtual capable switches.With Release 16.9.1, StackWise Virtual is supported on Cisco Catalyst 9400, 4-slot and 7-slot chassis Series, and on all catalyst 9500 3850 XS models
